, the death toll is rising following an explosion in mexico city. at least 25 people were killed and more than 100 hurt after a blast ripped through the headquarters of a state-run oil company. three stories of the building were affected. the blast occurred in the basement of the building. investigators are not sure what caused it. >>> we're also tracking new developments in alabama, where the hostage standoff is entering its fourth day. the gunman and the 5-year-old boy he kidnapped remain in an underground bunker stocked with supplies. ne gauche yarts talking with 65-year-old suspect jimmy lee dykes through a ventilation pipe. they do not believe the boy, who is autistic, has been harmed. dykes allegedly grabbed the boy after shooting his school bus driver on tuesday. >>> now the shuffle going on in president obama's cabinet. it usually happens at the start of a second term. today, the focus is on the foreign policy team. tahman bradley is watching the ever-changing lineup and joins us from washington with more. hi, tahman. >> reporter: hey, rob and sunny. a lot of action with pres

problem because of the snow's weight is collapsing roofs. that one caught on camera in kansas city. another collapsed in oklahoma killed a man. he's one of three people who died because of the blizzard. the experts say a foot of heavy wet snow on your roof can add up to 20 pounds per square foot. that's the same as several parked cars. >>> in colorado, the blowing snow there has motorists stranded on an interstate. it also forced about 50 students to spend the night at their school. conditions got so bad yesterday afternoon, their buses had to go back to the school. there's no class today. but the kids still have to get home. >>> two days, now, until massive federal budget cuts are set to kick in. and the effects are already being felt. indianapolis had to cancel its annual air show because the military jets, which play a big role, have been grounded. but no official talks on this crisis are scheduled yet. abc's tahman bradley reports, now, from washington. >> reporter: with just two days left before the automatic spending cuts, democrats and republicans sound frustrated. >> we sho
